I particularly enjoyed the variety of pools available. There were many options, ensuring a spot was always available. The water park was a fantastic bonus. My children loved it. The staff demonstrated professionalism and friendliness. They were consistently helpful. I also appreciated the well-manicured outdoor areas. They were consistently clean.

The receptionist seemed quite rushed. she checked in several guests at once. This caused her to forget some details about our check-in.

Our room included a sliding door, which separated the living area from the sleeping area. This design provided extra privacy. The room was clean. It was very well maintained. There were ample storage spaces. This feature helped us keep our belongings organized.

i found the kids club to be very friendly the animation program was also very good the food was very good i enjoyed the spa too jesie and despina were great

i found the wine and beer were not good the drinks at the bar were just ok the drinks at the main bar asteri were a bit better the hamburger and sausage at the water park snack bar were almost inedible

the hotel location is good for families , and the transfer was easy.

the front desk staff were not cute , i arrived to check in , the receptionist explained the app for about 2 minutes and then sent us out into the rain to find our way around the hotel ourselves , i did not understand a thing and couldn't find my way. i found it frustrating and unhelpful.

the variety of food was admirable and of great quality. a snack bar near the beach provided fresh seafood and excellent sunset views.

The rooms looked a bit basic for a standard hotel. there were no lifeguards at any pool except the waterpark. This felt unsafe.
